1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jlj7 platform at jlj7.vip (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jlj7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jlj7 Platform. Continued use of jlj7 following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jlj7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether oral or written.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The jlj7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and is established in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You must access jlj7 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jlj7 complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy. Each player may maintain only one (1) active jlj7 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlj7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jlj7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to Philippine government-issued IDs such as UMID, SSS card, PhilSys ID, or driver's licence) at any time.

2.5 Account Approval. jlj7 reserves the sole right to accept or reject any account application without obligation to provide a reason for rejection.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlj7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party.

3.2 You agree to notify jlj7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 jlj7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

3.4 jlj7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security beyond your password.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlj7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Payment method availability may vary.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These limits are subject to change and the current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your jlj7 account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jlj7 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jlj7 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jlj7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on jlj7 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. jlj7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. jlj7 may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jlj7 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully met. Winnings generated from bonus funds become real funds only upon completion of the applicable wagering requirement.

5.3 jlj7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and account termination.

5.4 jlj7 reserves the right to remove any bonus credited to a player's account in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on jlj7 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless expressly permitted by the specific game rules applicable to that title.

6.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jlj7 will apply fair resolution procedures consistent with the applicable game rules. The outcome of a round interrupted by a verified technical fault may be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 jlj7 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of system errors that result in manifestly incorrect pricing.

6.4 All live dealer games are subject to the rules of the applicable game provider. In all cases, the outcome recorded by jlj7's system shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj7 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the sportsbook
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of money laundering, including using jlj7 to process proceeds of illegal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities without reporting them to jlj7
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Allowing minors (persons under 21) to access or use your jlj7 account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jlj7 staff or other players

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj7 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of jlj7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from jlj7 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jlj7.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

jlj7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jlj7 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlj7 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. However, jlj7 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and cannot accept liability for breaches that occur beyond its reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game
• Any errors or omissions in game results or account balances
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data
• Any third-party conduct on or in connection with the Platform

jlj7's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

jlj7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. Where an amendment is material, jlj7 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification to registered players.

Your continued use of the jlj7 Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via jlj7 support.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination thereof — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact jlj7 support in good faith and allow jlj7 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. jlj7 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.
